Section 1 of 15
Nature of the Service
Can I Hire a Bot? is an AI-powered software tool that analyses job roles, daily tasks, salary data, and related inputs to generate automated reports estimating the potential for AI-driven automation, projected return on investment (ROI), cost savings, implementation considerations, and regulatory risk assessments.
Section 2 of 15
No Professional Advice — Important Disclaimer
The outputs are machine-generated estimates based on generalised models and the limited inputs you provide. They are not tailored professional opinions. Before making any business, financial, personnel, legal, compliance, or organisational decision based on information obtained through this service, you must independently consult qualified professionals in the relevant discipline (e.g., licensed attorneys, certified accountants, HR consultants, or compliance officers).
No client-professional relationship of any kind is created between you and the Company by virtue of your use of this service.
Section 3 of 15
AI-Generated Content — Accuracy Limitations
Can I Hire a Bot? relies on third-party large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence systems to generate its outputs. You expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- AI systems can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely fabricated information (commonly referred to as "hallucinations"). The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
- Outputs may contain errors in numerical calculations, ROI projections, cost estimates, regulatory assessments, or implementation recommendations. These figures are rough estimates, not verified calculations.
- The AI does not have access to your specific business context, financial position, contracts, local regulations, workforce dynamics, or any other factor material to sound decision-making. Its outputs are based solely on the limited data you provide and general training data.
- You are solely and exclusively responsible for independently verifying all information, figures, and recommendations before relying on them in any capacity. The Company shall bear no responsibility for decisions made based on unverified AI-generated content.
Section 4 of 15
Your Responsibilities
By using the service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You will use the service only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
- You will submit only information that you are lawfully authorised to share and that does not violate any confidentiality obligation, data protection law, or third-party right.
- You will not rely on this platform as the sole or primary basis for hiring, firing, restructuring, compliance, financial, or any other high-impact business decisions.
- You will not submit confidential trade secrets, sensitive personal data of third parties (such as employee health data or precise individual salaries without consent), or other information whose disclosure could cause harm.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable data protection law before submitting personal data of third parties into the service.
- You will independently verify all AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.
Section 5 of 15
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation. Without limitation, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing purpose.
- Attempt to probe, scan, penetrate, disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the service in a manner that degrades availability or performance, without our prior written consent.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs without our prior written consent.
Section 6 of 15
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights in the materials and data you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, store, transmit, and use such content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
The website, branding, software, user interface, design, underlying algorithms, documentation, and all related materials are and remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as described herein.
Outputs generated by the service are provided to you for your internal use. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be protectable under intellectual property law in all jurisdictions and that similar outputs may be generated for other users providing similar inputs.
Section 7 of 15
Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Can I Hire a Bot? relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, database services, AI and large language model (LLM) API providers, authentication services, and analytics platforms.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- The availability, performance, and accuracy of the service depend in part on these third-party providers, over whom we have limited control.
- We are not responsible for any downtime, service degradation, data loss, errors, or inaccuracies caused by third-party provider outages, API changes, deprecations, rate limits, or failures.
- Third-party providers may update their models, APIs, or terms of service at any time, which may affect the quality, format, or availability of the outputs generated by our service.
- We make reasonable efforts to select reliable providers and to mitigate disruptions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
Section 8 of 15
Availability, Modifications, and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the service at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
Section 9 of 15
Disclaimers of Warranties
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: (a) the service will meet your requirements or expectations; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results, analyses, or outputs obtained through the service will be accurate, reliable, complete, or fit for any particular purpose; or (d) any defects in the service will be corrected.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 10 of 15

- Loss of data, use, or business opportunities.
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
- Financial losses, penalties, or liabilities incurred as a result of decisions based on AI-generated outputs.
- Losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated AI-generated content.
- Losses arising from third-party service provider failures, outages, or API changes.
- Any other indirect or consequential losses, however caused and under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Section 11 of 15
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your reliance on AI-generated outputs without independent verification; or (d) any third-party claim arising from data you submitted to the service.
Section 12 of 15
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, nothing in this clause affects your right to rely on any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country, to the extent required by applicable EU law.
Section 13 of 15
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 14 of 15
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
